RMA Request Form
To request an RMA for repair of any Benthos products, please follow this link. Complete all information in the form and press submit. You will receive an automated confirmation that your form has been received and we will be back in touch with-in 24-48 hrs. to issue you a RMA number and provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship any goods until you have received the RMA number and please mark the shipment clearly with the provided RMA number.

Visit the Teledyne Marine Download portal The Portal gives access to a library of Teledyne Marine assets like software, firmware and manuals. At this point you can find assets from: Benthos, BlueView, Odom, PDS & RD Instruments. You need a personal login to get access to the Library.
