Jason Kordek

Subsea Operations/HSE

Jason Kordek is the Vice President of Operations, Program Management, and Aftermarket Services of Teledyne ODI, located in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Jason joined Ocean Design Inc. (ODI) in 2004 in the role of Materials Manager. Since that time, Jason has served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Operations, Site Director, and Vice President of Operations. In addition to his work at the Daytona Beach location, Jason has extensive experience leading critical operational metric improvements at other Teledyne sites, both within the US and globally.

Since joining Teledyne, Jason has also focused on continued education in parallel with his career growth. This includes earning his APICS CPIM in 2005, and a Lean Six Sigma certification in 2009. He has also completed his Executive Education at the MIT Sloan School of Management (Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management – 2016; Management and Leadership – 2018).​
