Paul Devine, Subject Matter Expert; Janice Yasui, Product Line Manager; and Paul Chua, Field Service Engineer, represented RDI at the event.
They made a presentation and then followed up with a lively and informative discussion with the attendees. They talked about, among other things, the use of
Proteus in classic vessel mounted surveys, wire walking moorings, and ice tracking. There is a group that uses the Workhorse ADCP in the Arctic, and they were interested in how the new range detection ping and sampling schemes in
Proteus can be used to improve their ice tracking bottom roughness measurements.
RDI will continue with its outreach among relevant audience regarding Proteus through similar events.
