We are committed to quality as the key driving force behind our business, as well as health, safety and the enviroment, and this is demonstrated by our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. Our quality management system was first recognized in 1993 when it received accreditation to BS 5750: Part 2. This was upgraded to ISO 9001 in 1999 and covers all aspects of design and manufacture from the initial engineering design process to the final inspection of goods before delivery. The quality process provides full traceability to military requirements.
We perform the following in-house testing of manufactured products, as required:
- Fiber optical signal loss testing
- Dimensional inspection
We can also offer other inspection processes such as pressure testing, calibration, destruction and X-ray (real-time and hard copy) if the customer requires it.

Health and Safety
We run a complete health and safety management system as part of our integrated management system which is committed to the welfare of its staff, visitors and customers. The system is consistent with BS OHSAS 18001.
We run a complete environmental management system as part of our integrated management system which is committed to the environment in both our products and processes. The system is consistent with BS EN ISO 14001:2004. We also actively manage our supply chain to ensure continuous product quality.
To enable internal traceability we will only accept returns that have been given a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This number is available from our Sales department upon request.
